Rostelecom’s listing on the RTS Stock Exchange in 1995 was a significant milestone, marking the Company’s introduction to the global investment community.
The launch of an ADR program in 1998 provided access to a broader base of international investors and enabled Rostelecom to expand and diversify its shareholder base.
Today the Company is one of the largest public companies in Russia. Its securities are listed on the Russian stock exchange MICEX, and quoted on many other stock markets, including RTS, London, Frankfurt stock exchanges and Pink Sheets, among others.
